In 2017, the second annual Immigrant Business Expo (IBE) in Toronto brought entrepreneurial resources and inspiration to immigrants in the GTA. Initiated by Gerard Keledjian, Executive Producer of New Horizons Media and Co-Host of New Canadians TV, IBE showcased local community organizations and companies who offered programs and services to immigrant entrepreneurs and small business owners. The workshops and one on one small business clinics provided a starting point for immigrants looking to start or grow their own business.
